Fee Policy

No-Win, No-Fee

TrustVault Finance Solutions operates on a contingency basis for dispute-recovery cases. If we do not successfully recover funds on your behalf, you owe us nothing — no filing fee, no processing fee, no time-billed charge.

Success Fee

When a dispute is resolved in your favor, TrustVault retains a success fee of 15–20% (disclosed up-front per case) of the recovered amount. The remainder is credited to your TrustVault balance.

Withdrawals

Funds in your TrustVault balance can be withdrawn to a US bank account within 1–2 business days, free of charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel an open claim at any time before the merchant or bank issues a final decision, at no cost. Once a chargeback has been filed, cancellation may not be possible.
